Tus tareas:
- Ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente por teléfono a los huéspedes
- Asesorar a los huéspedes sobre reservas, cancelaciones y solicitudes especiales, siempre con amabilidad y profesionalismo
- Encontrar soluciones para cualquier situación y gestionar quejas o reclamaciones
- Contribuir con tu servicio y empatía a que los huéspedes disfruten de la mejor experiencia en los hoteles
- Tu objetivo: Hacer felices a los huéspedes

Lo que debes aportar:
- Pasión por el servicio de alta calidad y la atención a los huéspedes
- Ser comunicativo y disfrutar trabajando con personas
- Experiencia en atención al cliente es una ventaja, pero no es obligatoria – te formaremos de manera integral
- Excelentes conocimientos de alemán y/o francés; otros idiomas como neerlandés, italiano, portugués o español son un plus
- Competencia digital y la capacidad de adaptarte rápidamente a nuevos sistemas
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y pensamiento orientado a soluciones – afrontas los retos con una sonrisa
