Being the owner of the internal tooling domain, you will collaborate closely with fellow Product Managers, Engineers and Engineering Leads and Managers, as well as other stakeholders. You will play an important role in setting the standard for modular development and innovation in products and processes at wefox. The main objective of our Internal tooling domain is to provide the best platform-side toolset to enable the variety of wefox domains to deliver better and faster.The role: Uncover and understand other domain technical needs and translate them into technical requirements.Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general.Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.Define the technical product strategy and roadmap.Align the roadmap with the needs of the other domain teams.Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.Provide internal training on how to use the tools developed.Answer incoming questions about the tools and its capabilities.Assess and address technical risks.Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.What you bring: 5+ years of product management experience working on back-end products within Fin Tech, Insure Tech, Financial Services or similar.Ability to make product decisions based on qualitative customer and user insights and quantitative data.A first-rate stakeholder manager, with strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics.Highly analytical, you use data to make decisions - knowledge of API management and microservices architecture required.Knowledge in cloud infrastructure development, preferably AWS.Fluency in spoken and written English
