**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

Buscamos Digital Acquisition Expert para asegurar la consecución de los objetivos de adquisición 100% digital en el Banco (Hipotecas y Cuentas), para ello contará con la inversión digital (gestionada por Mkt) y los procesos E2E implementados.

Entre sus funciones:

- Liderar el equipo multidisciplinar de Cuentas y de Hipotecas con el objetivo de maximizar la adquisición, asegurando que se optimizan todos los ejes clave:

- Inversión en medios, optimización de la inversión para llegar al CPA óptimo
- Asegurar la conversión óptima del proceso E2E (con ayuda del equipo de CRO)
- Maximizar y optimizar los leads (volumen y conversión) enviados a DS y las comunicaciones digitales (con ayuda del especialista de ventas remotas)
- Definir y ejecutar las campañas internas y externas (con el equipo de Mkt y de Producto)
- Revisión continúa de los contenidos en las webs/apps para maximizar converisón (con equipo de Mkt

Además, como líder de adquisición digital tiene que coordinar el Squad compuesto por distintas áreas del Banco: Producto, Mkt, CRM, Tecnología, Experiência web y app...Tendrá que participar en las iniciativas de One Europe y colaborar con equipos de Santander de otros países

**Requisitos**:
Graduado Universitario con Inglés Alto.

Imprescindible conocimiento avanzado de excel y otras herramientas de análisis y explotación de datos.

Se valorará experiência previa en:
Procesos de venta digital. Conocimiento de métricas (CR, RI..), herramientas y metodología utilizada en los procesos de optimización.

Inversión en medios digitales (SEO, SEM, Programática, Acuerdos, Redes sociales..), seguimiento de la inversión y retorno.

Coordinación de proyectos transversales dentro de Santander España y dentro del Grupo (ámbito internacional)
