Somos una marca premium que cuenta con unas 800 oficinas en 39 países y en 4 continentes y una de las compañías líderes del mundo en la intermediación de inmuebles residenciales y comerciales.En la actualidad, seleccionamos, para nuestras oficinas de Santander, un/a Shop and Team Assistant.¿Cuáles son las funciones de un/a Shop and Team Assistant?Gestión de tareas administrativas de back office y front officeAtención al público, tanto cliente interno como externoApoyo al equipo comercial de consultores/as inmobiliarios y al director/aGestión y archivo de la documentación de las propiedadesSoporte y trabajo en equipo con otros departamentos (marketing, finanzas...)Revisión y validación de contenido (textos, facturas...)Gestión de agendas y participación en reunionesControl de los espacios de trabajo (mantenimiento, orden, control del material de oficina...)Cuando buscamos un/a Team Assistant pensamos en una persona con:Actitud proactiva y resolutivaOrientación al cliente y vocación de servicioCapacidad organizativaImprescindible nivel alto de inglésValorable experiencia como administrativo-comercial y/o atención al clienteBuen nivel de ofimáticaDisponibilidad para los sábadosFunción laboralAtención al clienteSectoresBienes inmuebles #J-18808-Ljbffr
