Are you able to translate data into actionable insights? If your answer is YES and you are eager to join a strongly data-driven and results-focused team we are looking forward to meeting youTHE JOURNEYSupport the Country Lead on business analysis to identify growth opportunities in areas of acquisition, retention, loyalty. Lead the implementation of local Marketing activations, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Media, CRM, Design, Commercial) on activities such as promotional campaigns and performance marketing.Keep updated all our daily, weekly and monthly dashboards and activity grids. Take ownership of the reporting of KPIs by creating customized tools and using the available onesMonitor competitive landscape and collect relevant insights to help the Growth & Marketing Team to craft the country marketing strategy.Keep our budget under control andWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDEBachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or any related field.Proficiency in English (mandatory), Spanish is nice to have. Able to perform queries and analysis on SQL. Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management.1-2 years previous experience in a marketing or analytical role. Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impactComfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIsConsumer understanding skillsHands-on attitude
