Our Client  Netatmo develops ground-breaking, intuitive, and beautifully designed connected consumer electronics. As a Pre-Sales Customer Support Agent, you will handle tech queries over email and chat and strive for first-contact resolution.

What you will be doing?  Advice, help, and assist our clients via email following their product orders made online on our E-shop Verify incoming orders and correct them Provide clear, concise responses to their requests and questions Enrich the shared knowledge base within the company and in our Help Center. Analyse and give feedback to your manager and the technical team by sharing all the necessary information to resolve issues Manage the relationship between transporters to follow up on deliveries Keep track and update the monitoring files for internal reporting Requirements What skills & experience you will bring to us?  A fluent level of French (spoken and written)  A high level of English You are very well organised and have excellent interpersonal skills  You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions  Within our dynamic, motivated, and multicultural team, you will reply to the demands of our customers for all the products in the Netatmo range  You know how to work within a team, you are easy going  You adjust quickly to new environments, and you can follow procedures and deal with deadlines  Benefits What do we offer?  Start date: 14th of October Contract:?Temporary (2,5 months with 1 month of probation period)  Full-time:?(39 hours/week)  Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm Salary: €21,000.00 gross per year Bonus: Performance Bonus up to €150 gross per month + End of contract bonus Holidays: 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar days per year Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu  Hybrid: 3 to 4 days per week at the office Training: 4 weeks of training based in the office from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm Office location:?Barcelona (La Sagrera)  Other Benefits: Best-in-class people engagement activities and programs  Ongoing training and development and an opportunity for you to cultivate a new and exciting career in a high-growth environment  Employee Assistance Program - Free, confidential, and impartial guidance and support  Employee Benefits Club - a wide range of exclusive perks and rewards as a valued member of our organisation  Option to sign-up for Discounted Private Health Insurance
