You may be just the right candidate for this or other positions we have.What we offer:* Variety of meaningful and competitive benefits to meet your needs* Competitive salary* You'll have continuous professional growth thanks to our career progression framework with regular reviews* Equity process through a performance bonus* Allowance to take annually paid time off as well as during local public holidays* Continued personal development through training and certification* Being part of a diverse technology team that cares deeply about culture and best practices, and believes in agile principlesResponsibilities:* Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product -FenX-, with a willingness to extend to Enterprise.* Configure and refine FenX in line with the Ebury requirements.* Validate the functional configuration changes as expected.* Support acceptance testing to address, respond to functional queries and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries.* Collaborate with the Product Team with respect to product requirements and testing outputs.* Support defect triage throughout delivery process.* Adhere to internal governance processes, and ensure compliance with the standard processes.Experience and qualifications* Strong business analysis skills, business process and requirements analysis - experience in eliciting and analyzing business requirements and following the process through to final delivery.* Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.* Good attention to detail, organized and results-oriented.* Proficient analytical and solutioning skills.* Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.* Good written and verbal communication skills including fluency in English • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance or similar related qualification.* Ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience in Financial or Banking Services.* Experience in CRM or CLM platforms is a plus.#LI-AT1
