**Aspectos generales**

Sobre el rol

Funciones principales:

- Participar en la originación, estructuración y ejecución de operaciones, siendo plenamente responsable de los aspectos operativos de las transacciones a partir de una combinación de estructuración, de especialización y del conocimiento de los productos.
- Centrarse en la elaboración de documentos transaccionales y presentaciones de marketing.
- Colaborar en la definición de la estrategia de negocio, el plan de negocio, los presupuestos y las proyecciones financieras para la unidad.
- Colaborar con el manager de producto / país / región y los banqueros en la originación de operaciones (argumentario, Request for Proposal, precio y condiciones, firma y cierre del acuerdo...) y apoyar al cliente durante todo el proceso de ejecución.
- Responsable de la valoración financiera, asesoramiento preliminar en materia de precio de la transacción y Fairness opinión, Responsable de los info memos, presentaciones de gestión, materiales de junta, memorandos y otros materiales de presentación para su uso en transacciones o el diálogo estratégico con el cliente.
- Ofrecer un servicio integral de asesoramiento financiero a clientes a alto nível (juntas, consejeros delegados), proporcionando soluciones de asesoramiento y/o financiación a medida.
- Comenzar a construir relaciones externas a largo plazo y con gestión activa de cuentas.
Esto puede incluir el hecho de efectuar nuevas presentaciones comerciales y desarrollar nuevas ideas para negocios a un nível de cliente relevante, Interactuar con CIB para fomentar la venta cruzada de productos y con unidades de apoyo de CIB para la ejecución del acuerdo, Participar en la contratación, formación y mentoring de especialista.
- Asegurarse de la aplicación de las políticas del Grupo y cumplimiento de los estándares regulatorios, financieros y legales y, Responsabilidad sobre las tareas administrativas tanto internas como externas de las operaciones.
