El hotel Hilton Barcelona es un hotel 4* superior, ubicado en el distrito comercial y financiero de la ciudad, es un hotel de negocios y eventos que cuenta con 290 habitaciones.

?Cuales seran tus funciones principales?
La posicion de Agente de Reservas en Hilton Barcelona se basa en la gestion de solicitudes de clientes, dando soporte al Departamento de Front Office en tareas tanto administrativas como de atencion al cliente incluyendo atencion telefonica y documentacion de las reservas.
- Realizar las gestiones relacionadas con la ocupacion y venta de habitaciones.
- Maximizar el revenue e informar a los cliente de todos los servicios que estan a su disposicion.
Estandar de trabajo - Comprender y manejar todos los datos relacionados con revenue para garantizar maxima ocupacion y precio medio; conocer perfectamente las instalaciones y los servicios y promociones que ofrece el Hotel; asegurar el cumplimiento de estandares de calidad y objetivos a traves de la atencion al cliente y de técnicas de ventas y fidelizacion de clientes.
- Realizar el servicio telefonico
- Proporcionar soporte a recepcion en la acogida, registro y facturacion de huespedes asi como en la atencion al cliente y en tareas administrativas.
Estandar de trabajo
- Proporcionar un alto nível de calidad en el servicio; cumplir con los estandares de la marca; realizar con exactitud las tareas administrativas y de facturacion; usar de forma eficiente el sistema informatico de gestion hotelera; conocer perfectamente las instalaciones y los servicios y promociones que ofrece el Hotel; comunicarse con el Equipo de forma eficiente; solucionar las peticiones y los inconvenientes de los clientes de forma rapida, profesional y eficiente y realizando un seguimiento.

- Formacion en Turismo/Gestion Hotelera
- Experiência en tareas administrativas y de atencion al cliente
- Especializacion en Reservas/Atencion al Cliente/Ventas
- Experiência previa de dos anos en reservas/ventas/recepcion en hotel 4*
- Conocimiento avanzado de programas de gestion hotelera.
Valorable experiência previa en Hilton u otra cadena internacional.
- Paquete Office (Excel medio)
- Conocimiento de OnQ PMS/ R&I; y sistemas de gestion de llamadas
- Alto nível de castellano e ingles, valorable conocimiento de catalan u otras lenguas
- Actitud positiva y habilidades comunicativas.
Capacidad de dar soporte en momentos de mucha actividad.
Capacidad organizativa.
Habilidad en gestion de quejas.
