In very strong growth, Green Power Technologie is developing local partnerships with more than 500 customers for a capacity of more than 6.5GW deployed across its markets: developers, EPCs, design offices, distributors and installers.

As a Solution Engineer, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage the technical solution for our clients, as well as providing technical support to distributors and installers, especially for residential and commercial and industrial (C&I) projects.
Among your duties are: Lead the technical solution – having a deep knowledge of electrical installation and CAPEX index as also knowledge of GREEN POWER portfolio products the SOLUTION MANAGER will design and recommend the best configuration of a photovoltaic plant for each specific project following the needing and requests of each customer.
Provide technical support to distributors and installers, especially for residential and C&I projects (BESS, OFFGRID and ONGRID).
Offer PRE-SALES technical support to our client partners (developers and EPC), mainly for C&I and utility-scale projects.
Organize together with our commercial and marketing department, lead, and facilitate workshops and training for clients and partners.
Provide technical support to the sales team and accompany clients nationally and internationally in the design of photovoltaic systems for ground, roof, and shaded area projects.
Identify, analyze needs, and propose suitable solutions in terms of inverters, storage solutions, transformers, EMS/SCADA.
Act as an interface between clients and the manufacturer, overseeing projects.
Conduct technological and competitive monitoring, and provide technical training on our solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients.
Essential requirements for this position: University graduate/master's degree at a bachelor's +5 level or higher (electrical engineering or equivalent).
Over 3 years of experience in designing photovoltaic projects.
Mastery of sizing photovoltaic installations and different system topologies.
Previous experience in the company's sector of activity is highly recommended.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer tools, especially office suite and photovoltaic sizing software.
Ability to make presentations to clients and teams.
Availability to travel.
Hard skills: Technical knowledge.
Analytical and synthesis abilities.
Computer skills.
Mastery of tools.
System testing and configuration.
Language proficiency: Spanish and English.
