Come join the team and help us make historyWe are looking for an EU Fleet Compliance Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring fleet standards are maintained. The role will focus on managing and enhancing fleet auditing and accountability mechanisms by ensuring contractual and service level standards are adhered to. This includes the development and enhancement of training material, guidance and mechanisms to empower key stakeholders to apply standards consistently. Where standards are not maintained, the role will be responsible for utilising policies to take appropriate actions.The optimal fit for this role will be a candidate wanting to roll-up their sleeves and excellent networking, assurance and communication skills. As the decisions proposed and made by this individual have a direct impact on safety and productivity, seniority, business and confidence is important to be successful.The successful candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical, resourceful, able to operate at all levels of the organization and comfortable driving critical business decisions in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment. Fleet experience is not essential, but is beneficial.Key job responsibilitiesRecommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achievedOwning fleet accountability metrics across EUOngoing Data Analysis to detect systematic failuresDocumenting and reporting service quality levelsBuilding effective relationships with AMZL senior leadership and legal teams within EU AMZLBuild collaborative relationships with Fleet Operations and Compliance Leaders in other geographiesAbout the teamThe EU Fleet Compliance Team upholds fleet road worthiness, ensuring safe fleet operations in accordance with legal regulations and Amazon operating standards. By achieving this, vehicle, driver and community safety, legal compliance and vehicle health are all improved.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldProven experience in Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Legal or Contract Management
