Project Management Officer

As Project Management Officer you will be part of the CSI team in AZ Tech that is responsible for all the IT services and portfolio that sell insurance or have sales interaction on the German market.
The team is based in Barcelona, Unterföhring and Stuttgart.You will work close with other AZ Tech functions (especially Chapter Leads) as well as the business (Allianz Germany OEs).You WillManage projects with different levels of complexity on the basis of existing methods, processes and toolsAdvise customers / stakeholders and actively clarifies their expectations and requirementsManage and coordinate stakeholders and build a project communication structurePlan, monitor, control and report project progress to project management governance and escalate issues if necessaryEnsure on time, on budget and high quality project deliverables and high customer / stakeholder satisfactionYour SkillsPossessing project management skills and engaging in customer relationship managementPossessing understanding of (IT) service management and (IT) service organizationsApplying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual as well as moderation and presentation techniquesPossessing project management and process management knowledge and experienceKnowledge of relevant products and services, as well as internal standards, processes, rules and proceduresFluent in English - German Speaking is a plusAbout Allianz TechnologyAllianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
