Join us and become the best.About the PositionWe have an excellent opportunity available for a Packaging Developer to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position sits within the International R&D Packaging team, based at our plant in Alfaro, Spain, and is for the duration of 12 months.You'll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting to the Packaging Manager.Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal stakeholders. You're constantly looking for new and improved packaging solutions for the international market.In brief, you will be responsible for:Supporting the Packaging Team and/or the Packaging Manager in developing new, improved, or more cost-efficient packaging within the framework of the agreed innovation and cost-out pipeline.Creating, developing, and implementing industrialized packaging solutions under specific projects, ensuring robust risk management and delivery of quality attributes.Delivering key goals; perfecting the fundamentals, ensuring cost competitiveness, making sustainability a competitive edge, and strengthening capabilities and competences in the International Zone Packaging team.QualificationsPlease kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) or be an EU Citizen to proceed for this position. Please make sure you put your nationality on your resume. Unfortunately, we can't proceed with non-European citizens who need support for a working permit.Requirements:1-3 years of experience within packaging development in a complex/matrix organization.Experience with running packaging line trials in factories.Material management experience.Ability to handle multiple projects.Business fluency in English (written & verbal).Spanish and English (min B2) required.Driver's license.Competences:Passionate and curious to learn all there is about Packaging and Food.Strong in communication: informing, convincing, stakeholder management, intercultural
