Job Description Desde la consultora de selección Mar Recruitment nos encontramos en búsqueda de un / una Procurement and Pricing Lead, para el sector marítimo y logístico, dentro de una empresa ubicada en Barcelona.
Responsabilidades Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para aumentar la eficiencia y reducir los costos de las operaciones marítimas.
Liderar el Departamento de Procurement & Pricing Sea Freight en los aspectos comerciales.
Ser el principal punto de contacto en licitaciones globales y RFQ.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de gestión de licitaciones regionales, así como con el producto vertical, para proporcionar precios y costos correctos.
Capaz de traducir licitaciones complejas y / o solicitudes en el extranjero en mensajes de fácil comprensión y compartirlos con el departamento correspondiente (operaciones de transporte marítimo, gestión de flotas, etc.)
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo comercial en todos los niveles con el objetivo de aumentar las posibilidades de ganar y lograr negocios más sostenibles.
Sólido conocimiento en productos de transporte marítimo (FCL, LCL, Break-bulk, RoRo, Project Cargo).
Realizar reuniones con el equipo comercial y de operaciones para abordar el cambio, oportunidad o asunto relacionado de forma regular.
Apoyo al equipo comercial en visitas a clientes claves para obtener una mejor comprensión de las necesidades específicas solicitadas por el cliente.
Proporcionar análisis de mercado e informar al equipo directivo.
Analizar datos para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
Gestionar las consultas y quejas de envío de los clientes.
Requisitos Mínimo de 5 a 10 años de experiencia en un puesto y función similar.
Mínimo 3+ años de experiencia en NVOCC es un plus.
Tener una sólida experiencia operativa en producto marítimo.
Capacidad comprobada para establecer o mejorar funciones operativas de importación / exportación marítima.
Excelente comprensión de las estrategias de precios, procesos de licitación, gestión de transportistas y operación normal de transporte marítimo.
Orientación a resultados con el objetivo de hacer crecer el producto de transporte marítimo internacional.
Experiencia participando en la creación de iniciativas de planificación estratégica.
Fuerte en habilidades de comunicación y negociación con la clave de operaciones.
Buenas habilidades de ventas y conocimiento del mercado.
Usuario habitual de herramientas ofimáticas.
Disponibilidad para viajar.
Trabajo en equipo.
Nivel alto de inglés.
