Bipi fue fundado en 2017 por Hans Christ,  actual CEO, y Alejandro Vigaray, actual COO.
En estos años hemos crecido y expandido nuestro negocio fuera de España, dando servicio a clientes de Francia, Italia, Países Bajos, UK y, próximamente, más regiones.
Somos una empresa 100% tecnológica y digital, con filosofía Startup, aunque ya seamos parte de uno de los mayores grupos mundiales en nuestro sector como es RCI Bank (financiera de Renault Group).

Nos encontramos en plena búsqueda de un  Business Development Representative , para incorporar dentro de nuestro Departamento de Corporate .

Para poder contar contigo necesitamos que tengas: Experiencia demostrada como gestor de cuentas Experiencia en ventas de soluciones de beneficios para empleados y en ofrecer soluciones basadas en necesidades del cliente Experiencia en desarrollo de negociaciones con departamentos de Recursos Humanos, Finanzas, etc.
Sólidas habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales para entablar relaciones con todos los niveles organizativos Excelentes dotes organizativas Capacidad de resolución de problemas y negociación Nivel alto/intermedio de inglés (B2) Carnet de conducir tipo B ¿Qué harás en tu día a día en Bipi?
Como parte del equipo de Corporate, te encargarás de: Análisis del entorno B2B e identificación de los retos empresariales de nuestros clientes, así como de su entorno para proporcionar información técnica, orientación y asistencia.
Ampliar las relaciones con clientes existentes proponiendo continuamente soluciones (crosselling).
Venta de soluciones de movilidad y beneficios para empleados.
Gestión, seguimiento y optimización de las cuentas en nuestra cartera activa.
Interlocución y cooperación con el equipo de Marketing para el desarrollo e impulso de las actividades de B2B en todos los mercados, para canales online/offline, así como análisis de los resultados obtenidos para la posterior recomendación de mejoras.
Trabajar proactivamente con el equipo comercial en actividad de prospección y captación de cuentas.
Creación de planes de cuentas que identifiquen, cuantifiquen y recomienden planes de acción de ventas para abordar nuevas oportunidades de negocio acordes a la estrategia B2B de Bipi.
Informar sobre todos los KPIs y métricas clave de los socios B2B.
