Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) El futuro Data Manager, formará parte del equipo del Chief Innovation Officer, a quien reportará y realizará las siguientes funciones: Definición de la Estrategia de Datos de la compañía, teniendo como objetivo aportar valor al negocio, siendo capaz de generar datos que ayuden a la toma de decisiones. Garantía de una arquitectura de datos que permita albergar la información en un repositorio único. Liderazgo de la estrategia de gobierno del dato, definiendo parámetros homogéneos para todos los miembros de la organización. Por otro lado, se responsabilizará de asignar los accesos a la información pertinentes para cada miembro de la organización. Definición de los cuadros de mando apropiados para cada Dirección de Negocio. Explotación de los datos, de cara a obtener información que empuje al negocio a la toma de decisiones. Se encargará también, de la comunicación de resultados de los análisis realizados a Dirección. Identificación y selección de las figuras o consultoras necesarias para garantizar el éxito de la implantación de la estrategia de datos previamente definida. Multinational company|DATA MANAGER Titulación universitaria superior, preferiblemente en Informática, Matemáticas, Estadística o similar. Se valorará positivamente el haber cursado MBA o Máster en Big Data. Experiência mínima de 10 años en gestión de proyectos de datos. Liderazgo de estrategias de datos en entornos complejos. Conocimientos en herramientas de tratamiento y visualización de datos. Nível de inglés alto, tanto oral como escrito. Capacidad analítica. Orientación a negocio. Interlocución a alto nível.
