The group unites global reach, experience, and innovation with passion and a commitment for uncompromising quality, making enhanced dental healthcare available and accessible to customers and patients around the globe.About the Job: Reporting to the Head of Marketing Iberia, the Project Manager (f/m/d) within the Marketing Department will be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception through completion related to their products/brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, and external vendors. The Project Manager will ensure that projects align with the company's overall business objectives, are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high-quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project implementation plans within the Iberian organization, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure all project aspects are aligned.Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, ensuring they are progressing according to plan.Resource Management: Identify resource needs and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within the allocated budget.Risk Management: Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs.Stakeholder Communication: Develop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and changes.Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management
