.In ING we are looking for a CSC Associate.Your role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Associate to join our Corporate Sector Coverage Team of Wholesale Banking Spain. ING Wholesale Banking Spain stands for the corporate customer business for ING Spain. In addition to classic corporate financing, we advise our corporate customers on sustainable and innovative financing solutions with the aspiration to always be a step ahead.Your key responsibilities:As an Associate you will:Support Senior Bankers in the origination and execution of new deals in Spain and abroad with large Spanish corporates.Co-create commercial proposals (incl. profitability and capital consumption metrics), prepare long term commercial plans and elaborate, participate and/or coordinate (under the lead of a Senior Banker) the preparation of commercial pitches ranging from plain vanilla financing to multi-product / transformational pitches proposal.Support the review of financing proposals and financing documents (under the lead of the Senior Banker), manage deal closing process in collaboration with back-office and support functions.Support collaboration with other teams, e.G. Financial Markets, Syndications, Lending, Sector Teams and Debt Capital Markets.Be the prime officer on a portfolio of loan transactions and take care of the monitoring of operational and financial performance, present credit / rating reviews, handle credit modifications and waivers.Contribute to credit, industry & market analysis.Support the team in various regulatory and general reporting requests including Know Your Customer processes.Reporting of commercial activity in Salesforce, including among others preparation of call reports, and internal and external follow-up on business opportunities.What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you?
