On behalf of our global end client, here at RED, we are looking for a Senior Transformation Project Manager with M&A/TSA experience for a project based in Europe.* Title: Senior Transformation Project Manager* Start: June 2024* Duration: 12 months contract + extensions* Location: Fully remote EU based candidates* Language: EnglishSkills required:Project Management Skills:Ability to plan, organise, and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, including defining scope, time lines, and resource allocation.HR Operations Knowledge:Strong understanding of payroll processes, time & attendance systems, and employee data management practices.Vendor Management Experience:Proven ability to select and manage outsourcing vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance against SLAs.Change Management Expertise:Skill in developing change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and mitigate resistance during outsourcing implementations.Analytical Skills:Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and leverage insights to optimise HR processes and improve operational efficiency.Stakeholder Engagement:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Risk Management:Capability to identify potential risks associated with outsourcing and develop proactive mitigation strategies.If you are interested, please send me your updated CV to (see below) for immediate consideration.Shahan.#J-18808-Ljbffr
