What you'll do: Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Digital Sales Development with GermanLocation: Barcelona, SpainExpected start date: June/July/August/September 2024Expected duration: 6 months up to 1 yearIn this role, you'll:The purpose of this Internship is to extend SAP's market coverage in the dedicated segment by supporting new pipeline generation through:Learn how to execute targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat and email. For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology, and handed over to Sales using standard global process.Support the team in accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatic recycled (discontinued / disqualified leads) and reconstituted nurturing (aged pipeline)Understand how to nurture leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline. For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology, and handed over to Sales using standard global processCampaign Execution & Lead Management:Learn the planning and execution of call and e-mail activities to generate leads using the most efficient means together with manager/expertSupport and cooperate with Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, Account ExecutivesAlign with Sales colleagues for most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to marketSupport the generation and qualification of leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) in alignment with managementPass qualified leads to Sales resource for opportunity management and executionRegularly review lead pipeline and progression. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reportsTraining & Enablement:Assist in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skillsBe active part of either classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom, or mentor-lead activitiesComplete all enablement requested in a timely mannerWho you are:We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
