Our collaborative, cross-functional team constantly challenges the norm to drive product excellence.The Role:As the Senior Product Designer, Process Management, you'll lead the experience and design of products that enable our users to quickly find process-relevant connections, goals, and resources, and provide real-time process support powered by AI. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll shape a world-class design vision for our process modeling user journeys. You'll work alongside product managers, engineers, and fellow designers and researchers to ensure a seamless and cohesive experience.Your role is pivotal in understanding and translating our customers' needs into effective process management solutions and process excellence tools.The work you'll do:As a Senior Product Designer, you are both a problem solver, who supports Product Managers in finding the right solutions to given problems, as well as a skilled and creative interaction designer, who specifies UX and UI requirements, designs and prototypes components and interactions, and works together with engineers to bring them to life. You will own the user experience of our key user journeys for process management, working with UX researchers to understand the needs of executives in steering end-to-end processes and employees helping them with daily business.The qualifications you need:- Educational Background: A strong background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Data Design, Communication Design, or a related field.- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer within a software team.- Domain Experience: B2B or enterprise software products, especially for users like executives and employees alike.- Skills: Strong understanding of process visualization, interaction design, usability engineering, and testing principles
