Buscamos para importante compañia de ambito internacional

**SALESFORCE Technical Architect**

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Definir, implementar y revisar procesos**, i
- **Definir pautas y revisar la implementación** de otros proveedores para cumplir con las expectativas (plantilla global)
- Colaborar con el propietario del producto y los analistas comerciales para traducir los requisitos a Salesforce.
- **Definir integraciones** con otros sistemas junto con el arquitecto de soluciones del cliente.
- Revisar las **solicitudes de extracción** y garantizar las mejores prácticas por parte del equipo de desarrollo.
- **Gestión de lanzamientos**, ocupándose también de las herramientas y procesos (Jira-Bitbucket-Jenkins-Confluence-Salesforce Sandboxes )
- Garantice la salud de la organización revisando diferentes métricas y asegúrese de que los tickets de soporte se manejen adecuadamente
- **Trabajar con una variedad de funciones de Salesforce**: Einstein (AI), sitio de habilitación (My Trailhead), Lightning Scheduler, Data Privacy Center, Shield Encryption...

**SALESFORCE Technical Architect**

minimo 3 años de experiência en puesto similar

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência liderando grandes equipos y una plataforma en pleno funcionamiento. de SALESFORCE
- Conocimiento sobre la industria de Bienes de Consumo y Retail, especialmente para este cliente.
- Experiência con todo el proceso y tareas de Release Management.
- Experiência en capturar proactivamente nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo y proyectos para el cliente.
- Actitud proactiva y capacidad para mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y avances en el panorama de la integración, aportando ideas innovadoras al proyecto.
