The Role: DevOps Engineer (AWS) We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our platform team, focusing on strengthening our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
You will work closely with our SRE and Principal Software Engineer to maintain and improve our AWS-based infrastructure that powers our Digital Humans platform.
What You'll Do: Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for our microservices architecture.
Deploy and maintain Python (FastAPI) and Node.js services.
Configure and maintain AWS services, including: Compute: EC2, Lambda Analytics: Redshift, Kinesis, AWS Glue Caching: ElastiCache (Redis) Networking: VPC, Route53, CloudFront Assist in infrastructure monitoring, scaling, and optimization.
Work with the AI team to deploy ML models and video synthesis services.
Support containerization and orchestration of services using Docker.
Ensure security best practices and compliance standards are followed.
Participate in on-call rotations for production support.
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Strong understanding of DevOps best practices and CI/CD principles.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Experience with message queuing systems (RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with caching solutions (Redis).
Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data warehousing.
Basic knowledge of Python and Node.js environments.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Version control expertise with Git.
Bonus Points for: AWS certifications.
Experience with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks.
Knowledge of ML model deployment.
Experience with media streaming or video processing services.
Familiarity with data streaming and processing (Kinesis, Glue, Redshift, Metabase).
Understanding of OAuth and secure API implementation.
Experience with BI tools integration.
