About the location: Laid-back luxury meets bucket-list adventure on this undiscovered east cape of Los Cabo.

About Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas: Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos, at Costa Palmas, located in LA RIBERA , will be part of the exclusive Costa Palmas resort community, which will also include a private marina and a members-only beach and yacht club, all situated along a two-mile stretch of pristine white sand and the warm, swimmable waters of the Sea of Cortez.

About the role of the Pool & Beach Manager: The candidate must effectively coordinate and manage the operation of the Beach and Pool or any other supported area.
Be an example and implement and review the service sequences and all the information in the welcome manual.
What you will do: Observe the physical condition of facilities and equipment in the department and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
Resolve situations related to the pool & beach service: complaints and inquiries, ensuring that problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Supervise and ensure the quality of all food & beverage items, amenities, ingredients, and preparation methods, restocking and organizing all products and equipment to deliver an attentive and distinctive experience in Recreation.
Oversee the pool and other aquatic facilities, including hiring and training staff, scheduling, and enforcing safety rules.
Review VIP guests, individual guests, and groups to anticipate and exceed expectations.
What you bring: Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
