Spa Therapist

Empresas: Portals Hills Boutique Hotel We are currently looking for a Spa Therapist who will be the responsible for overseeing the spa operations to deliver an excellent guest and member experience. The main tasks are as follows: Do treatments and massages as offered in the menu. Achieve revenue targets and manage customer feedback. Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments and massages comply with current legislation and company standards. Plan or direct spa services and programs. Train staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities. Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning. Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency. Inventory products and order new supplies. Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards. Respond to customer inquiries or complaints in an efficient and proper manner. Sell products or services. Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, etc. Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement Liaise with other hotel departments Requisitos : Proven experience within the beauty sector Minimum of 2 years working in a similar position Knowledge of the local market Good customer skills Ability to interact effectively with all types of personalities expected Excellent organizational skills Proactive and result driven Flexibility and work during weekends Familiar with the luxury business Fluent in English and Spanish. German is a plus
