Desde la Dirección de Estrategia, Transformación y Experiencia , se requiere contratar un IT Portfolio Manager , con más de 6 años de experiencia que se encargue de definir, priorizar y ejecutar las necesidades operativas y de proyectos relacionadas con un portfolio de aplicaciones.
Funciones : Alineamiento de la estrategia y la tecnología para conseguir la misión de la institución.
Gestión del cambio para hacer que las cosas pasen, escuchando y acompañando a las personas para conseguir el fin deseado.
Gestión de portfolio de proyectos/productos digitales : Definir por qué y para qué, priorizar, planificar, organizar y ejecutar un portfolio de proyectos multidisciplinar, asegurando que estos se ejecuten de manera eficiente aportando valor a la organización en los tiempos esperados.
Liderazgo y desarrollo del equipo : Atraer, motivar, capacitar y liderar a los miembros del equipo de IT para un alto rendimiento.
Gestión de stakeholders de negocio y trasversales.
Requisitos Imprescindibles: Debes tener una combinación de habilidades técnicas, de gestión y competencias de liderazgo: Pensamiento estratégico para diseñar la mejor estrategia tecnológica que dé respuesta a las necesidades del negocio.
Liderazgo de equipos demostrando capacidad para mentorizar su crecimiento y bienestar.
Inteligencia emocional y habilidades sociales .
Escucha activa y Comunicación efectiva a diferentes niveles (Desde comité de dirección a equipo de desarrollo).
Conocimientos técnicos que garanticen el entendimiento del ecosistema y las soluciones a diseñar.
Orientación a objetivos, usuarios y clientes .
Capaz de adaptarse a un entorno cambiante e incluso liderar el cambio.
Capacidad analítica Resiliencia : Con experiencia en entornos complejos y en procesos de cambio.
Gestión de proyectos/productos y proveedores : Capaz de gestionar proyectos complejos trasversales y experiencia trabajando con partners tecnológicos.
Conocimientos en : Gestión de Portfolios agile.
Experiencia en el desarrollo de producto digital.
Experiencia en gestión de operativa.
Experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital.
Experiencia en el liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinares.
Experiencia en la medición de resultados (KPIs, OKRs).
Nivel alto de Inglés.
Valoramos: Experiencia en el sector educativo.
Experiencia en ecosistemas que incluyan Salesforce, Universitas XXI y Canvas.
Experiencia en herramientas como Design Thinking, Resolución creativa de problemas, etc.
