Estamos en búsqueda de un Project Manager de Data Center / CPD, siendo responsable de la operación, mantenimiento y soporte técnico de los centros de procesamiento de datos (CPD).

Este rol implica garantizar la disponibilidad, seguridad y eficiencia de los sistemas críticos de TI y de infraestructura de los data centers, así como la implementación y supervisión de proyectos relacionados con la infraestructura de TI.

Responsabilidades Principales :

Planificación y Gestión de Proyectos : Supervisar y coordinar todas las fases del proyecto, desde la concepción hasta la implementación, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad.

Diseño y Arquitectura : Colaborar con arquitectos y diseñadores para desarrollar planes detallados para la infraestructura del centro de datos, incluyendo la distribución del espacio, la selección de equipos y la gestión de la energía.

Gestión de Recursos : Coordinar y asignar recursos humanos, financieros y materiales para garantizar la ejecución eficiente del proyecto.

Supervisión de la Construcción : Supervisar el progreso de la construcción, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y regulaciones locales.

Comunicación y Coordinación : Actuar como punto de contacto principal entre los diferentes equipos involucrados en el proyecto, incluyendo contratistas, proveedores, ingenieros y equipos internos.

Gestión del Riesgo : Identificar y mitigar riesgos potenciales que puedan afectar al éxito del proyecto, implementando medidas preventivas y correctivas según sea necesario.

Documentación y Reportes : Mantener una documentación precisa y completa del progreso del proyecto, preparando informes regulares para los interesados internos y externos.

Optimización y Eficiencia : Identificar oportunidades para optimizar los procesos y mejorar la eficiencia operativa del centro de datos, asegurando un rendimiento óptimo a largo plazo.

Requisitos :

Graduado en Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones o campo relacionado.

Experiencia previa de al menos 7 años en la operación y mantenimiento de data centers, (CPD).

Conocimientos sólidos de infraestructura de TI, incluyendo servidores, almacenamiento, redes, virtualización y sistemas operativos.

Familiaridad con tecnologías de centros de datos, como sistemas de enfriamiento, UPS, generadores de energía, sistemas de detección y extinción de incendios, entre otros.

Habilidades en resolución de problemas, diagnóstico de fallas y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

Certificaciones en tecnologías y estándares de data center (por ejemplo, CDCDP, CDCMP, ITIL) son valoradas positivamente.

Nivel de Inglés alto.

Salario competitivo en función del perfil.
