Ofrecemos un modelo híbrido de trabajo con dos días en oficina (Madrid) y la oportunidad de ampliar tus conocimientos continuamente en tecnologías establecidas y emergentes. Como Support Engineer tendrás la oportunidad de resolver incidencias y cuestiones de nuestros productos para cientos de clientes en telecomunicaciones, educación, sanidad, banca, construcción, seguros, administración pública, retail, ocio, y más. Objetivos claves Gestionar incidencias que encuentran los clientes en nuestros productos manteniendo una relación profesional y de calidad. Configurar entornos Cloud o locales para reproducir las incidencias. Trabajar en equipo para entregar las mejores soluciones posibles. Trasladar feedback a otros equipos de cómo utilizan los clientes nuestros productos. Colaborar en la creación y mantenimiento de documentación. Cualificaciones requeridas Formación técnica, título universitario o FP de grado superior, preferiblemente en Informática o Telecomunicaciones. Al menos 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar o en desarrollo de aplicaciones web. Adaptación rápida a cambios de contexto y probada atención a los detalles. Buena capacidad de comunicación, tanto en castellano como en inglés (hablado y escrito). Orientación a cliente. Cualificaciones valorables Experiencia con servidores de aplicaciones y / o bases de datos. Experiencia en Liferay Self-Hosted, Liferay SaaS o Liferay PaaS. Experiencia en tecnologías cloud.
