Para lograr esto, necesitamos al mejor talento del mundo.Estamos buscando personas con creatividad, audacia y un sentido de propósito para llevar a Diageo y nuestras marcas pioneras atemporales al siguiente nivel.Sobre el puestoPosición temporalMisiónAsegurar la cobertura óptima de los Puntos de Venta de Hostelería claves en el territorio asignado, maximizando la gestión de este parque de hostelería, para alcanzar los objetivos de crecimiento sostenible a través del incremento de distribución y rotación de nuestras marcas en los mismos por la ejecución brillante de los planes de activación los cuales impactan al consumidor, estableciendo relaciones preferentes con estos clientes en todos los niveles de su organización.Principales ResponsabilidadesEn Diageo, el rol del comercial es crucial para asegurar el futuro éxito de nuestras marcas, por lo que serás responsable de:Realizar la planificación operativa de los Puntos de Venta de Hostelería de su territorio asignado.Gestionar las relaciones comerciales entre Diageo y los responsables de los puntos de venta (PDV) de hostelería ya presentes en tu cartera de clientes.Impulsar la venta y visibilidad de nuestras marcas en los PDV mediante acuerdos con los hosteleros, con el objetivo de conseguir incrementar la rotación de nuestros productos en el mercado.Asegurar y ejecutar brillantemente los planes de Activación indicados su área.Realizar eventos y promociones en los PDV asignados, aprovechando al máximo los recursos y la inversión destinados a ellos.Construir y ejecutar el plan de trabajo mensual, planificando las visitas a realizar (en la próxima semana/mes) con la frecuencia establecida por tipología de cliente e identificando el objetivo de cada visita asegurándose interactúa en todos los niveles del Punto de Venta de Hostelería (revisión de negocio con Propiedad, seguimiento Acuerdo Hostelería con el encargado, chequeo de stocks con jefe de bar, Interacción con personal de sala y barra).Actuar como embajador de nuestras marcas y Diageo para asegurar la plena satisfacción tanto de nuestros clientes como nuestros consumidores.Sobre tiRequisitosPasión por las ventas y ganas de crecer en el sector de bebidas espirituosas.Muchas ganas de aprender y crecer dentro una gran empresa.Capacidad analítica y "commercial acumen".Carné de conducir con validez en España (mínimo 1 año).Idiomas: inglés intermedio (B1) y español fluido
