IE University's Business School is looking for a Associate Director to join its teamThe Associate Directors are key members of the program management team and report to the Executive Director.

And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities.Our PeopleAt IE we are:People-drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge ChampionsWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.ResponsibilitiesYour role as Associate Director will involve:Responsible for the daily management of the Business School programs.Project management and responsible for a number of projects (Labs, series of conferences, graduation, language classes…).Interaction with students either orally through meetings and presentations as in writing through newsletters, guides and emails.
Maintain a friendly, customer-oriented, proactive approach in this interaction.Implement and maintain program best practices and policies.Develop and cultivate relationships with IE stakeholders (professors and other departments).QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should have:Master's degree.Fluency (written & oral) in English and Spanish is a must.
Other languages are a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of operations and/or management experience.The candidate will demonstrate solid customer management skills, ability to work under pressure and high level of accountability.Occasional international travel, e.g.
on exchanges.Experience in global management education, or working with business schools, is a plus.Attention to detail.It's time to bring your best and make your mark.
