Nuestra ambición es ser la compañía #BeautyTech número 1.Descripción del puesto :¿TE GUSTARÍA SER PARTE DE ESTA AVENTURA?Unéte al equipo de Finance como Brand Finance Controller Esta posición tendrá como responsabilidades principales :Elaborar el Plan, Presupuesto y Tendencias.Proporcionar apoyo financiero y orientación al director de la marca y a los equipos de marketing.Elaborar o supervisar los informes mensuales de las marcas.Supervisar los costes y realizar todos los análisis necesarios para identificar riesgos y oportunidades y proponer las acciones adecuadas.Analizar y optimizar la estrategia de inversión y las campañas específicas de inversión en punto de venta (OPEX y CAPEX).Influir con una perspectiva financiera en el proceso de toma de decisiones de la marca.Preparar informes financieros y de gestión mensuales para la dirección.Proyectos ad hoc para mejorar la propuesta de valor.Las habilidades que necesitarás son :REQUISITOS ESENCIALES :Buenas dotes de comunicación, influencia y negociación.Capacidad de aprendizaje continuo.Altas capacidades analíticas.Sensibilidad a la estrategia y a los objetivos empresariales.Trabajo en equipo en un equipo multidisciplinar y diverso.Gestión de proyectos.Dominio del inglés.Al menos 3 años en un puesto similar.Conocimiento de las normas de gestión y control interno.Gestión de datos: SAP, IBM, Office.REQUISITOS DESEABLES :Al menos 3 años de experiencia relevante al puesto.Nos gustaría encontrar a alguien que contase con un perfil que reuniese capacidad de influencia, autonomía, versatilidad, proactividad, iniciativa, capacidad analítica y trabajo en equipo.#J-18808-Ljbffr
