(NASDAQ: TTWO).What We NeedWe are seeking a skilled and passionate QA Associate Test Manager to join our dynamic team in the video game industry. As a QA Associate Test Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our game titles throughout the development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, manage test processes, and drive the overall quality assurance strategy.What You'll Do- Test Planning and Strategy:- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define test objectives, scope, and strategies for assigned game titles.- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of game features, functionalities, and performance metrics.- Identify and prioritize test requirements based on project milestones, goals, and risk assessments.- Test Execution and Management:- Oversee the execution of test plans and test cases across multiple platforms and devices, including PC, consoles, and mobile devices.- Coordinate with QA testers to ensure timely and accurate execution of test cases, tracking defects and issues through resolution.- Monitor test progress, provide regular status updates, and escalate critical issues to project stakeholders as needed.- Quality Assurance Processes:- Implement and maintain best practices for quality assurance processes, methodologies, and tools within the QA team.- Continuously evaluate and improve testing workflows to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.- Conduct regular reviews and audits of test documentation, processes, and deliverables to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
