Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Operations Manager en Barcelona.
¿Qué funciones realizará? Gestión de la relación con el cliente, asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos del servicio, realizando interlocución operativa con el cliente. Operativa del servicio: Planificar, disponer y supervisar los recursos para la prestación de servicios y lograr los objetivos de calidad, productividad y particulares del servicio. Supervisión de KPIS. Gestión de los Recursos humanos, motivando, formando y desarrollando profesionalmente las personas y asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de relaciones laborales. Gestión del soporte administrativo asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos administrativos establecidos. Gestión económica realizando el seguimiento de los factores económicos de la cuenta y la facturación y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos económicos. ¿Qué requerimos? Experiencia mínima realizando tareas de supervisión de 3 a 5 años. Licenciatura: Valorable estudios técnicos (ingeniería). Dominio de ofimática, macros y herramientas digitales.
