Job Description Responsible to define the most suitable solution for the system and provide the necessary support and assistance for system related issues both in the maintenance and implementation phases of the account. Guarantees optimal system performance through checks and system monitoring. Tasks In addition to the tasks common to all Alight employees, the specific tasks for this position are : Implementation : Provides assistance to make estimates for the development of allowed ad hoc system requirements by the customer. Analyzes questionnaires provided by the Projects teams and configure them in Payroll Exchange Collaborates with the Products team in resolving issues and raising new functionalities to be added to the standard product as is required by the customers Ensures compliance to the Payroll Exchange standard Adapts and parametrizes the system solution for requirement gathering Performs testing for the different phases of a project as required. Analyzes questionnaires provided by the Projects teams and configure them in Payroll Exchange Resolves medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application Completes presented solution with newly identified needs during requirements gathering Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production) Monitors data migration loading with the enforced controls. - (Alight Service Engineer Data Migration) Maintenance and Support Resolves medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application Performs testing for system fixes to ensure the solution works. Supports the client on queries regarding application functions. Conducts routine checks for preventive maintenance on the system Solves easy and medium complexity problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the country Performs unit testing of these parameterization results; carrying out the necessary tests in a testing environment. Maintains up-to-date documentation of solution documents and technical specifications both on the client and standard levels. Qualifications In addition to the common skills all Alight employees the specific for this position are : Has knowledge of HR pre-, post-, and payroll processing. Has Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors Can work on multiple projects simultaneously Has knowledge in data migration processes (Alight Service Engineer Data Migration) Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors Knowledge and experience with the following technologies : o WebMethods 9.2 - ESB o SQL o XSLT o Java o Ruby on Rails o MongoDB o Javascript o Webservices (WSDL, REST) Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP XI / PI not required but good to have Motivation and desire for improvement Commitment to the customer and the company Motivated to achieve excellence Orientation to the process of continuous improvement Positive collaboration and anticipation to the needs of others Encouraging the professional development of team members Leadership and motivation Ability to adequately assess the commitments acquired and set priorities Ability to work in a changing environment Ability to identify the expectations and needs of the team members Ability to set goals and objectives to the team members (challenging but achievable goals) Capacity for analysis and problem solving Be an assertive communicator and transmit the information clearly Ability to plan and lead team meetings Capacity of active listening and empathy Ability to act professionally in difficult situations and to take the necessary actions Ability to work with teams in different locations Capacity to organize, plan and supervise work Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company.
