Job Description Working in retail with NIKE means representing NIKE, Inc. The teams in NIKE Stores constantly focus on product knowledge and customer service to always provide valuable experiences to customers. From London to Istanbul, each store has a unique perspective and an exciting community of people who love sports and fashion. To work in retail with NIKE, creativity and ambition are needed. There is also an opportunity to develop alongside a team and elite athletes in the industry. As an athlete in our NIKE Retail Stores, you will: Utilize your skills in product knowledge and exceptional customer service to provide premium brand experiences. Help our team of leaders and coaches train new staff. Support various departments of the store (e.G., working at the cash register, managing incoming or outgoing goods, restocking products on the sales floor, or designing displays) and recommend suitable products to achieve sales goals. Use your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or in-store services. Inform customers and new employees about NIKE products and services. Enhance your own knowledge with our tools and training courses to stay updated on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and company culture.
