Durante su etapa inicial y hasta que no tenga un conocimiento profundo del producto, su desempeño será on site al necesitar el apoyo continuo de perfiles senior.

Trabajo indefinido
Horario flexible con posibilidad de trabajo híbrido o remoto total
Carrera profesional y salario bruto base según experiencia en sector y cercanía a producto :
45.000€ - Analistas / Programadores senior en JAVA Backend y participación en productos o proyectos de gestión tipo POS / ERP / SGA / CRM, idealmente relacionadas con el RETAIL
41.000€ - Analistas / programadores senior en JAVA Backend / FullStack
35.000€ - Programadores JAVA con al menos 2 años de experiencia real Senior
27.000€ - Programadores con grado universitario informático sin experiencia
21.000€ - Programadores con grado FP en aplicaciones multiplataforma y al menos 2 años de experiencia Junior

Bono adicional por contrato de 1.500€ ante cumplimiento de objetivos.
Posibilidad de reducción voluntaria a 35h semanales y salida todos los días a las 15h.
Plus para perfiles que cumplan los requisitos de revalorización.
12 o 14 pagas a elegir.
Salida todos los viernes a las 15 : 00h para jornadas de 40h.
2 meses jornada intensiva.
Posibilidad de desarrollo profesional a Analista, Jefe de Proyectos o Director de departamento.
En este momento, queremos programadores senior con :
REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES :
Experiencia FullStack con peso y experiencia real en Java Backend v 1.8 o similar
Buen nivel de :
Habituado a trabajo en equipo, GIT, Jira o similar

REQUISITOS QUE REVALORIZARÁN LA OFERTA :
Experiencia en empresa consolidada de ERP, POS en alguna empresa similar a AQS
Jefe de proyectos en múltiples proyectos simultáneos en clientes reales
Jefe de departamento de desarrollo, tecnología Agile-Scrum, producto & proyectos

Al ser fabricantes de producto necesitamos cuidar el código, ser minuciosos, controlar las versiones con especial cuidado.
Nos encontramos en la calle Gran Vía, en Madrid.
