Reporting to the Senior Marketing Tech Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Revenue and Product organisations. You will help manage our marketing technology stack and drive scalable technology and process improvements that support the company's growth by ultimately driving more leads to conversion.What will you be doing?Manage the day-to-day operations of our marketing technology stack, including Marketo, LeanData, and Chili Piper.Support the marketing team with campaign execution in Marketo and Salesforce, creating campaign assets, configuring tracking, importing lists, and building reports and dashboards for performance measurement.Build global email nurture programs to help nurture top-of-funnel leads to conversion.Create, document, and enable scalable process improvements that support the ongoing growth of the Sales and Marketing teams.Help troubleshoot issues within our marketing technology stack, deep-diving into data and routing errors.Maintain the marketing attribution model in Marketo, ensuring it's up-to-date and accurate.What you will need to succeed?Solid experience in marketing automation/operations, ideally in a global B2B tech company.Expert experience with marketing automation tools, Marketo or similar (HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot).Strong understanding of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.Strong knowledge of email best practices, including consent laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM).Experience working cross-functionally to create processes for the Marketing and Sales teams.Knowledge of data and how to analyse it and share results to help the team improve campaigns and programs.Strong problem-solving and project management skills and great attention to detail.Ability to work independently, prioritise, and get things done.Experience with HTML/CSS is an asset.Our BenefitsCompetitive compensation, including equity in the company.Generous vacation days so you can rest and recharge.Health perks such as private healthcare or gym allowance, depending on location.Flexible compensation plan to help you diversify and increase the net salary.Unforgettable TravelPerk events, including travel to one of our hubs.A mental health support tool for your well-being.Exponential growth opportunities.VolunteerPerk - We offer 16 paid hours per year that you can use to give back to society by volunteering for a charity of your choice.Work from anywhere in the world allowance of 20 working days per year.IRL English or Spanish Lessons are held in the Barcelona office.How We Work & ValuesOur Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL).
