Junior Financial Accountant - Accounts PayableEbury Central Leon Office - 4 days a week office based working (1 day from home office)As a Junior Financial Accountant - Accounts Payable, you will work in the Finance - Accounts Payable department in the firm's Central Leon office.The RoleWorking as part of the Finance team from our offices in central Leon, you will be responsible for processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, making payments, and controlling expenses by receiving payments.This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing, international company in a role that offers professional growth and career progression.If you want to develop your professional career in Finance and join an international environment, this is your place. Ready to join the revolution?Responsibilities:Completing payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoicesPaying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecksManaging all vendor queries regarding financeReconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balancesMaintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactionsPreparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reportsCross-departmental projectsCollaborating in the audit processRequirements:At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts PayableUniversity degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or similarAdvanced user of Microsoft Excel and ERP (NetSuite/Oracle, SAP, and NAV)English (C1), Spanish (C1), other languages are a plusDesired skills:Detail-oriented, professional attitude, and highly reliableStrong skills in problem-solving, basic accounting principles, teamwork, documentation, data analysis, and multi-taskingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
