We are using Unity as the main game engine for our product and we are looking to refine and improve a scalable technical platform where our engine will be critical to enable us to create an amazing experience for our users.What you'll be doing.Implementing game engine system s, tools and workflows for other developers and content creators, dependency management and quality checkers.The primary responsibility is to guide the team in technical matter s, ensuring the team to achieve successful delivery of quality solutions.Responsible for team dynamic, encouraging and nurturing a culture of collaboration and cohesion. You will be orchestrating the collective efforts of the team to achieve their goals efficientlyDriving and participating in conversations and decisions regarding the technical vision for the game engine with technical, product and content creator stakeholders.Evaluating new frameworks and tools that can be integrated into the existing engine without breaking previous implementations.Define and implement the optimal unity architecture that support Ubisim business goals in coordination with the Engineering Director, Web Lead and Product ManagerDefine and evangelize new designs, best practices and workflows to align the development team.Identify bottlenecks in the development process and propose new ways to overcome themCoach other developers and ensure alignment and consistency in the projectEnsuring code quality and best practices are applied in the team.Spending time hands-on writing code and driving technical discussions and decisions within the circle.Supporting the team to deliver on their commitmentsWe'd love to hear from you, if... :2+ years as Technical Lead using Unity.
