**Desde Winning Consulting estamos seleccionando a un **Senior Consultant Data, **para incorporarse a nuestros equipos en proyecto de una importante empresa de retail en Madrid.**:Hibrido 2 x week Como Especialista en Experiência Cliente tendrás como objetivo gestionar y analizar los datos procedentes de los clientes para contribuir en la toma de decisiones de los diferentes departamentos de la compañía.**Responsabilidades**:- Análisis de clientes a través de datos NPS.- Analizar métricas y KPIs vinculados con la parte de negocio.- Traducir las métricas y datos obtenidos en información valiosa para la toma de decisiones.- Hacer seguimiento y validar los cambios implementados.**Requisitos**:Experiência 3-5 años en puestos de análisis de datosConocimiento y uso de NPSExperiência como BA o Gestor de Proyectos, será muy valoradoExperiência en el tratamiento de datos con Excel, SQL y otras base de datos serán valoradas.Idiomas: Inglés fluido.Quieres sabes más sobre Winning?Winning Consulting es una empresa de consultoría que ofrece servicios de consultoría, formación, dotación de personal e investigación.
