Our main markets are France, Italy, Spain, and Greece.
We have 21 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, Lyon, and Brest in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, Bari, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece; and Hamburg in Germany.

We are hiring a Crew Planner who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do: Monthly planning and optimization of Volotea Flight & Cabin Crew while complying with flight time limitations, company standards and costs Monthly planning and scheduling training for Flight deck and Cabin Crew according to annual needs Monitor monthly's main KPI and develop new analysis tools within the department Create and maintain training qualification, expiries, crew categories and contract status on AIMS database.
Working in a team of Crew Planners and coordinate with other departments such as Training, HR, Chief Pilot Office, Cabin Team, etc… What you will need: Engineering, mathematics or similar academic background.
Previous Workforce Planning / Transport Planning / Scheduling experience is desirable.
Mandatory advanced English level, both written and spoken.
Italian or French will be a plus.
Computer literate (MS Office) and any additional Microsoft or other professional IT background.
Excel is a child's game for you.
Knowledge in programming languages and/or optimization tools is a plus.
Excellent ability to organize, manage multiple tasks and prioritize, able to adapt to changes.
Internal Customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills used to communicate via e-mail and phone.
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, have initiative and be creative.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills.
