Oriol Chías, our CTO and our number 0 Digital Warrior, states that VIKO was born because of a group of people who understood each other and enjoyed working together. This laid the foundation for an Employee First culture that has accompanied us ever since.
Now at VIKO, we have more than 20 years of experience, offices in Spain and Mexico, and a team of over 200 talented people making all this possible; including 23 who have been working here for more than 10 years, and 25 who left for a while and then returned home later.

What will your mission be? At Elogia, our core values are results and innovation. You will be involved in performance marketing projects related differents sectors and clients.
What is the team like? You will be part of the Client Service Team, surrounded by professionals with innovation in their DNA, dedicated to delighting their clients. Our team has specialized knowledge in various areas of digital marketing: Market Intelligence, SEO, UX, Analytics, Marketing Automation, Social & Content MK, and Paid Media.
How will you do it? You will be a strategic partner for your assigned clients, driving their growth and helping create long-term relationships between the brands and the agency. You will manage your assigned accounts and projects, paying attention to the account profitability, service quality, adherence to the delivery schedule and maintaining constant communication with the clients. You will coordinate our team of specialists involved in managing the accounts and "making things happen" through them, aligning strategies and giving coherence to the projects. You will create dashboards for your clients and continuously identify improvements and opportunities in the assigned projects. You will collaborate with the New Business team defining digital marketing strategies for potential clients and participate in client meetings. What do we offer? Flexible entry and exit hours. Concentrated working days every Friday, plus for the whole months of July and August. 23 vacation days (+3: December 24th and 31st in addition to your birthday). Hybrid work model with office attendance 2 days a week. Attendance will be optional during the periods of Easter Week, the month of August, the week of December 6-8 (in certain cases), and the weeks of Christmas and Epiphany. We have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Vigo and A Coruña open from Monday to Friday. You can use them whenever you want. Even if you are working from home, your team will be there to support you.
