HUB in AlbaceteWarehousing management of the French, German, and Spanish Operations stocks in the HUBSupport of the AOG Spares implantLogistics provider managementAll internal customers: civil FALs, Governmental FAL's, Plants, ...All external customers: Oversea FALS, S&S HUB, Spares AOG Customers, Return to Suppliers, Queretaro, ...2 warehouses: main HUB in Albacete and secondary warehouse in Almansa.Job description Runs the execution of the physical logistics activities operated by the LSPMonitor physical logistics flows: to respect the order in the incoming of the goods, to store them correctly and to ensure the quality (condition and quantity) of the outgoing goods to the customers.Ensure accurate Inventory ManagementStreamline the processes to reduce the costs of logistics: improvement of the daily activities, transportation between sites, ...Monitor the efficiency of the logistics processes to ensure the delivery on time and accuratelyIncrease productivity by pushing the most efficient processes, improvement, new technologies, ...Monitor the activities by ensuring the respect of the performance KPIs.Contribution to the processes adherence: processes definition & executionSupport for the correct deployment of the other associated processes to run the warehouseEnsure that the surfaces and the infrastructure are in adequation and allow executing the activities correctlyCoordinate with the transport department (implant in the HUB), the AOG department, and the Customs departmentResolve issues with the LSP, the customers, and the other stakeholders: root cause analysis and mitigation plansDrive escalation processManages the execution of the Logistics Provider (LP) contract:
Monitoring and coordination with the LSP: SQCDP, performance reviews, Steering Committees, ...Challenge LSP by providing regular feedback and tackle any deviationsProvide forecasts and review with LSP if the adequation Workload/ Capacity is ensuredControl Forecast vs ActualsInvoicing: drumbeat and confirm the monthly invoices, in case of discrepancies analyze the root causes and if necessary improve the processesClaims management: follow-up of the claims linked to the non-respect of the contractual indicators, monitor the costs of the non-conformities generated by the LSPChange proposals management: technical review of the change proposals, validation of the scope and challenge the associated cost.Manages compliance to regulatory and safety obligations
Contribute to corporate audits and industrial maturity (internal and external audits)Support the audits in collaboration with quality and implement actions to close findings.Ensure compliance with the different regulations & authorities (Export Control, Customs, Environment, ...)IOS: coordination with H&S, plan prevention supportingTeam management
