Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ?
Senior-level experience of 5+ years in IT system administrationLocation: Barcelona (required to be present in the office 2-3 times a week)Proficiency in Active Directory administration and maintenanceExperience in managing group policies, PowerShell scripting, security groups, permissions, file servers/DFSProficient in managing services (DNS, DHCP, etc.), RDP, failover clusters, NLB, IIS, WSUS, antivirusExperience in managing Windows Server on VMware ESXiImplementation of CIS hardening on Windows servers, DC, W10, browsers, etc.Proficiency in vulnerability analysis tools (Tenable, Qualys, etc.)Fluent in EnglishExperience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios)WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Operate and maintain infrastructures and systems reactively and evolutivelyManage and maintain Active Directory, group policies, file servers, hardening, RDPs, server clustering, VMware, WSUS, SCCM, etc.Ensure the smooth operation and availability of IT systemsConfigure, administer, and maintain scripts to support mid-sized enterprise network devicesPerform remote administration of network equipmentIncident management and system monitoringRespond to and resolve system failures, outages, or technical issuesContinuously monitor the system's performance and identify bottlenecks WHY US?
