En Rosa Clará Group estamos buscando un/a Payroll Assistant que se integre en nuestras oficinas centrales en Barcelona.**Funciones**:- Calcular y procesar las nóminas del personal nacional e internacional, asegurando la precisión en los datos de horas trabajadas, deducciones, bonificaciones y otros pagos.- Verificar y registrar las horas trabajadas, permisos, ausencias y otros datos relevantes.- Mantener y actualizar los registros del personal en el sistema de nóminas.- Gestionar la información confidencial del personal, asegurando la privacidad y seguridad de los datos.- Asegurarse de que todas las actividades relacionadas con la nómina cumplan con las leyes y regulaciones laborales vigentes en cada país.- Preparar y presentar informes fiscales y laborales requeridos por las autoridades correspondientes.- Coordinar con las gestorías locales de cada país para asegurar la correcta administración de las nóminas internacionales.- Adaptar los procesos y sistemas de nómina a las regulaciones y requisitos específicos de cada país.- Proporcionar soporte en la resolución de problemas y discrepancias en la nómina.- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos de Recursos Humanos y Finanzas para asegurar una correcta integración de datos y procesos.- Coordinar con otros equipos para implementar mejoras en los procesos de nómina y sistemas de gestión.- Generar reportes periódicos sobre el estado de las nóminas y otros indicadores relacionados.- Analizar los datos de nómina para identificar tendencias, problemas y oportunidades de mejora.**Requisitos**:- Título en Relaciones Laborales, Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o una disciplina relacionada.- Experiência previa en la gestión de nóminas o en un puesto similar.- Conocimiento práctico de sistemas de gestión de nóminas y software relacionados.- Se valorará positivamente el dominio de software de nóminas A3NOM y el conocimiento de Factorial.- Manejo de herramientas de oficina (Excel, Word, etc.).- Conocimiento actualizado de las leyes y regulaciones laborales y fiscales de múltiples países.- Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.- Habilidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.- Capacidad para gestionar la confidencialidad de la información.- Nível de inglés B2 (FCE) mínimo y otros idiomas serán valorados positivamente, según los países donde opera la empresa.**Que ofrecemos**:- Contrato indefinido a tiempo completo.- Plan de retribución flexible (seguro médico, restaurante, transporte y guardería)- Indefinido- Tiempo completo- 08022, Barcelona, Barcelona, España- Payroll Team
