About the role of Chief Engineer Se encargará de la coordinación y supervisión para cumplir con éxito, todos los programas de mantenimiento preventivo de las Residencias, villas y áreas públicas comunes, que integran las H.O.A´s, así como, el programa de rentas de las Residencias Four Seasons elaborará la planeación de los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos, en coordinación con la gerencia del departamento.
¿Qué harás en este puesto? Elaborará la planeación de los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos, en coordinación con la gerencia del departamento.Apoyar al director de Ingeniería en todos los aspectos de mantenimiento de la propiedad, incluido, pero no limitado a sistemas eléctricos, hidráulicos, vapor gas, Fire & safety, HVAC, pintura, mantenimiento de infraestructura y mobiliario, entre otros.Cotizar y ejecutar proyectos MEP o civil de mejora y remediación en las residencias en coordinación con los responsables de la operación de las áreas y equipos, administrando de mejor forma los recursos humanos y material con que se cuenta.Coordinar y ejecutar en conjunto con los demás involucrados el proceso de entrega de las residencias y áreas comunes, revisión de documentación, inspección de los sistemas MEP y arquitectónico de las áreas privadas y comunes y generación y seguimiento de reportes de "Punch List" asociados a este proceso, así como el seguimiento de los temas de garantía de los mismos.Apoya el director de ingeniería en la elaboración de presupuestos anuales, análisis y control mensual de costos. Mantienen al día el control del forecast de gastos e informa de cambios acorde al calendario de finanzas al director de ingeniería para hacer las modificaciones respectivas.Lleva el control diario y mensual de energéticos y realiza las acciones necesarias para hacer buen uso del mismo, además comparte los reportes mensuales en las plataformas que indica corporativo y ownership.¿Qué será necesario para este rol? Ingeniero Electromecánico, Eléctrico, Mecánico o Industrial con experiencia demostrada en mantenimiento electromecánico.Se valorará experiencia de más de tres (3) años en el área gerencial de Ingeniería.Se valorará experiencia en administración de software Birchstreet, HotSos, iluminación como BMS, Lutron myroom, Quantum.Experiencia y conocimientos avanzados en operación y mantenimiento de Motores, Bombas hidráulicas, plomería, compresores, ventiladores, extractores, UMA, FCU, Chillers, torres de enfriamiento, generadores eléctricos, transferencias eléctricas, paneles de distribución de media tensión, transformadores, compresores, sistemas de calefacción, calderas de agua y de vapor, albercas, cámaras frías, equipo de cocinas y lavandería.Experiencia y conocimientos avanzados en mantenimiento y operación de sistema de control de motores, variadores de velocidad, protecciones eléctricas y automatización, tarjetas de control.*Este trabajo requiere de idioma español nivel avanzado, inglés es opcional* Lo que ofrecemos: Compensación: Salarios altamente competitivos, así como un plan anual de incentivos para puestos directivos y/o a nivel de Jefe de Departamento.Transporte: Servicio de transporte desde San Lucas y San José del Cabo hasta el resort.Uniformes: Lavado de los uniformes para los empleados.Formación y desarrollo: Talleres de formación internos para empleados de línea y/o directivos.Reconocimientos: Premios al servicio de los empleados, así como premios al empleado del mes y al empleado del año.Cultura de Servicio Four Seasons figura constantemente entre los mejores hoteles del mundo y las marcas más prestigiosas en las encuestas de los lectores, en las reseñas de los viajeros y en los premios de la industria.
