The Individual Contractors will ensure a high-quality and efficient cafeteria service during the transition period, contributing to key goals outlined in the Cafeteria Transition Plan. The work of the Individual Contractors will result in increased customer satisfaction and an increase in the usage of the cafeteria service by the UNGSC, Valencia staff by 15% from January to June 2025 through consistent preparation and delivery of quality coffee, beverages, and food items. The individual contractors will maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized dining environment, improving overall staff engagement and usage of the cafeteria. Ultimately, their efforts will support the establishment of a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused cafeteria, paving the way for a smooth transition to a vendor-operated model by 2026.
