These novel RNA structured elements will be harnessed for cancer therapeutics.The project will require, among other tasks: RNA structure screening using different variant of SELEX, massive high-throughput performance of RNA at different levels (PARIS, RNAseq, scRNAseq), and validation of such structured elements in cell culture.CANDIDATE'S REQUIREMENTSWe are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals interested in the area of research related with RNA structure and function with translational potential in cancer therapeutics. Candidates should have laboratory experience in molecular and cellular biology techniques.
