Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?ABOUT THE TEAMGrowth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our Partners perform as expected, helping them grow within Fever.Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.ABOUT THE ROLELead the ROI optimization of marketing investment on Fever's biggest business linesCreate an operating model for continuous improvement with the marketing teamLead the agenda with Data Science and Engineering teams to maximize the impact of your initiativesEnhance the performance of all the teams contributing to your objectives, from Creative to Digital marketers to ProductTransfer innovations to other Fever business linesReport directly to the global growth directionABOUT YOUYou have a proficient level of English; Spanish is a plusYou're an engineer (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications or Aeronautics) or have a Maths/Physics/Statistics background5+ years of experience in an analytics or tech consulting roleYou have experience working on digital marketing projects as a technical or analytical leadHands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling is a plusStrong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decisionsGreat affinity towards technology as well as interest in business managementExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplinesPractical experience with SQL preferred; knowledge of Python is a plusBenefits & PerksHave a real impact on the company's growth and evolution.Excellent working conditions with a location in the heart of the Madrid sceneHome-office friendlyGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with40% Discount on all events on FeverHealth insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through CobeeEnglish LessonsWe have free food, drink, and fruit at the officePossibility to receive in advance part of your salary by PayflowGympass MembershipThank you for considering joining Fever.
