Your main stakeholders will be our COO and her direct reports at Director level, as well as Area Managers in the Customer Care hub.Your main focus will be to nurture robust partnerships with your internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and ensuring their success at TheFork.You will set the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement and ED&I strategy in motion through strong collaboration within the HR community.You will proactively contribute and drive optimization of HR processes, policies and initiatives.You will be the ambassador for TheFork's organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.You will be supporting leaders and their teams in the ongoing work needed to foster ED&I at TheFork, modeling the attributes needed to be an inclusive partner and colleague, being able to identify and address non-inclusive behaviors and assessing for bias in hiring, promotion, performance and compensation
